A Public Forum for Persons with Disabilities,
Their Advocates and Service Providers
When: Thursday, June 28, 2018 5:30 p.m.
Where: WS Fairgrounds Home and Garden Building, 421 W. 27th Street, Winston-Salem
Why: To discuss and receive comments about the accessibility of city services, programs and activities for persons with disabilities.
This event is free. Transportation will be provided if you are eligible for Trans-AID services and you are within 3/4 of a mile of WSTA’s fixed route. Call 336-727-2000 by June 15th and ask to speak with Jackie Settle or Tikiha Alston to make arrangements for a ride to the public forum. Interpreters will be available. All other requests for appropriate and necessary auxiliary aids and services or more information should be directed to Angela I. Carmon, City of Winston-Salem City Attorney, 747-7404.
