Who: Triad Dog Games

WHERE: Winston-Salem Fairgrounds 400 Deacon Blvd, Winston-Salem, NC 27105. Parking is FREE – Enter off Shorefair Drive, Park through GATE 7.

WHEN: Saturday, May 18, 2019: 10am-3pm

For specific event competition times and details, please visit PETS ARE WELCOME! (Must be leashed, well-behaved and have proof of rabies vaccination). This is a rain or shine event! If there is lightening or severe weather, events may be delayed until it clears.

COST: Parking FREE (normally $5). Children 10 and under FREE, others $6/person. Proceeds benefit The Sergei Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization! You may pre-pay via Ticket Master (available April 1st) or pay at the door. Competitions have individual entry fees between $5 – $30 and are run by independent vendors; see the event pages for details.

What (List of Competitions):

A spectator favorite! Dogs jump from a fenced dock into
an above-ground pool. Beginners welcome! Sign up at the
dock for a “splash” time below, or purchase a day pass to
practice jumps in-between as time allows. Ultimate Air
Dogs (UAD) runs this event.
Competition times: 10:30am, 12:00pm, 1:30pm
Finals: 3:00pm

UPDOG CHALLENGE (new in 2019)
UpDog is “the” preferred disc event these days, as it
combines both disc and agility talent. Interested in trying it
for the first time? This is the perfect opportunity to do so,
or participate in free training/game tutorials before each
game (note: the space will not be fenced). Competitors
in other events do not have to play in the running order;
walk up to the field and play the game of your choice
(except freestyle) of Time Warp, Throw N Go, Spaced
Out, 4- Way Play, Freestyle. This event is run by Mutts and
Competition times: All day, 10:00am-3:00pm

Watch these lightning-fast dogs race —over hurdles — to
a spring box that releases a tennis ball to be relayed to the
next team dog. This event is inside and air-conditioned!
Flyball is a spectator opportunity only, as teams are part
of a regional, sanctioned competition via the North
American Flyball Association. Brylin Obedience Specialty
School is running this event.
Competition times: All day, 10:00am-3:00pm

Try a timed agility run, Rally, or Fast CAT. Fees of $5-$10
will directly benefit The Sergei Foundation. These events
are run by Brylin Obedience Specialty School (BOSS). Are
you new to agility? Talk to a professional trainer and practice
the obstacles under their supervision and help! Sign
up at the agility event area.
Competition times: All day, 10:00am-3:00pm

Our version of Dachshund races. It allows small dogs
20 lbs and under to race in this very-quick, 30-foot race.
Don’t blink, or you’ll miss the finish! Sign up at The Sergei
Foundation tent near the admission area.
Competition times: 11:00am, 12:00pm, 1:00pm, 2:00pm
