Ticketmaster.com is the only authentic and official ticketing service for events at the Winston-Salem Fairgrounds including the Arena and Twin City Thunderbirds. Purchasers should be alert to the actual URL and website they are using to purchase event tickets.

Tickets purchased from alternative sources may be:

  • Not authentic
  • Overpriced
  • Invalid
  • Not eligible for facility assistance

Other sites may offer a money back guarantee or “comparable” seats if something goes wrong. But with Ticketmaster, even tickets transferred or resold to you are 100% verified and issued in your name so they can’t be counterfeited.

The Winston-Salem Fairgrounds is not responsible for tickets purchased from third party vendors.
