Doors will open at 8:30 AM. The ceremony will begin at 9:30 AM. Please allow time to park and enter the Arena.

*The Fairgrounds will be on a CLEAR BAG POLICY for all ceremonies.

• Outside food or drink
• Confetti
• Balloons of any kind
• Artificial noisemakers
• Signs
• Solicitation of any kind
• Long, golf-style umbrellas (small, retractable umbrellas are permitted)

Parking Information

Public/Family Parking: 569 Fairgrounds Blvd., Gate 7 (Off Shorefair Dr.)

Student Parking: 569 Fairgrounds Blvd., Gate 7 (Off Shorefair Dr.)

• Students will enter the Arena in the northeast corner of the building. 

WS/FCS Faculty & Staff Parking: 414 Deacon Blvd., Gate 4

• Faculty and staff from all schools will enter Gate 4 and park in the gated lot.

*Deacon Blvd. will be closed coming from University Pkwy. See map below for access to the Arena.
