Book Your Event With Us!
Our venues are full service and supply all staffing and in-house resources to make your event as easy as possible for you. Resources include ticketing through Ticketmaster with a full-service box office, security, event staffing and personnel, catering through an in-house contracted third-party vendor. No outside staffing, food, or beverage services are permitted in the facilities for our events. All entertainment events are subject to up to a $2 Facility Fee which is passed to the consumer. There is a parking charge for all events at our facilities.
For new clients, we require 100% of the rent and depending on the estimated staffing numbers, partial staffing payments. We do not CONSIGN tickets at a time to any promoters due to other contractual obligations.

2025-26 Common Rates
WINSTON-SALEM FAIRGROUNDS FACILITIES
- Fairgrounds Arena – $3,250 per event day
- Arena Theatre Set Up – Additional $3,000 (includes Softgoods stage and rigging setup)
- Event Center – $3,250 per event day
- Arena & Event Center – $5,500 per event day vs 12% of gross receipts (whichever is greater)
- Midway – $1,500 vs 12% of gross receipts (whichever is greater)
- Grandstand – $1,300 vs 12% of gross receipts (whichever is greater)
- Bolton Building – $1,500
- Home and Garden Building – $1,500 per event day
- Innergrounds – $2,500
- Yesterday Village – $1,200 per event day
- Cattle Barn – $1,500 flat
- Compost/Barn Clean Out – $1,200 minimum
- Required clean out fee for livestock events cannot be done by external contractors
- Clock Tower Stage – $2,500 per event day (includes surrounding outdoor space)
- Move In/Move Out Rehearsal Days – Half of base rental price
OTHER FACILITIES
- Bowman Gray Stadium – $5,000 vs 12% of gross receipts (whichever is greater)
- Union Station – $2,500 per day
STAFFING
The staffing personnel listed below are the most commonly needed for events at our facilities. Additional staffing personnel may be needed and will be addressed during the quote and contract process.
*All staffing is a 4-hour MINIMUM*
- Event Coordinator – $250 per Event Day (Required for ALL events)
- Event Attendant – $26 per hour
- Ticket Taker – $26 per hour
- Ticket Seller – $26 per hour
CONCESSIONS
Concessions are provided by Victory Concessions (no outside food or beverage is permitted in any facility). Outside concessions vendors are not permitted.
CATERING
Catering may be provided through an in-house caterer (Victory Concessions).
PARKING
- All facilities
- Parking charges to be determined by Fairgrounds Director on an event-by-event basis
- Buyout option
- $1.00 per attendee or as agreed to by Public Assembly Facilities management in advance of event
COMMONLY USED EQUIPMENT RATES
- Tables – $10 each
- Table covers – $9 each
- Stage – $750
- Pipe & Drape – $3 per linear foot
- Portable Sound System – $250/day
- Bike Rack – $10 per 6-foot section
All rates are per day and do not include expenses. Expenses are estimated in advance to all clients.
