The W-S Fairgrounds Annex is a 4,000-seat multi-purpose, 28,000 sq foot arena in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Built in 1989, it was formerly home to the Winston-Salem Mammoths, Winston-Salem Icehawks, Winston-Salem Polar Twins, and Twin City Cyclones ice hockey teams. It is now the home of the Carolina Thunderbirds. The Arena also offers public ice skating sessions, group lessons, private bookings, and birthday parties.

It also serves as an occasional concert and entertainment venue, hosting Bob Dylan on two occasions, in 1991 & 2002, Wiz Khalifa in 2011, Tiesto in 2010, TNA Wrestling, and Swan Lake in 2014 to name a few.  The venue is also used year-round for trade shows, company functions, high school graduations, public relations events, and much more.

The W-S Fairgrounds Event Center is a 30,000 sq foot building in the heart of the Fairgrounds here in Winston-Salem.  It was built in 1992.  The Education Building is home to year round events such as company outings, trade shows, the occasional concert, parties and much more.

The W-S Fairgrounds Neil Bolton Home & Garden Building is a 6,000 sq foot building in the heart of the Fairgrounds here in Winston-Salem. It was built in 1997.  The Event Center is home to year-round events such as company outings, trade shows, auctions, social events, local group meetings, polling location, parties and much more.

The Winston-Salem Fairgrounds Farmers Market is the longest running farmers market in the Triad and is open every Saturday year-round from 6am – 12pm.
